Why does ring doorbell keep going offline

My Ring Doorbell keeps going offline, and I’m not sure why. The Wi-Fi is working fine, no changes have been made, and the battery is at 92%. I’ve seen error codes like P1-65 and P1-99. I can’t reboot it through the app.

I tried unscrewing it from the holder, and it started working briefly when I opened the door. But after 5 minutes, it went offline again. I removed it from my account, set it up as a new device, and it connected, but after about 10 minutes, it went offline once more.

I’ve read on this forum that cold weather might be the problem. It’s currently 11 degrees Celsius here, but it has worked in much colder temperatures before, even in snow. The Ring site says there are no outages, and my garden device, which is the same model, works perfectly. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m dealing with the same problem on my Ring Video Doorbell Pro. My temperatures are around 9 degrees Celsius, so I’m starting to think the cold weather might be causing it.

I’ve been facing the same issue, but the temperatures here are much warmer, around 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Still can’t figure out what’s going wrong.
