Why does my Nest thermostat app keep disconnecting?

I keep getting disconnected from the app every minute. It’s really frustrating because I can’t set a schedule without being redirected to the home page. Has anyone found a solution for this?

Have you tried deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it? That sometimes fixes glitches like this.

Yes, I’ve tried that, but it still keeps disconnecting.

Same here. Reinstalling didn’t solve the problem for me either.

I had this issue as well. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app helped for a while, but then my thermostat itself stopped working. It’s been such a headache that I’m considering going back to my old thermostat.
