I have canceled my monthly monitoring service with Vivint and lost access to my cameras and door lock via the Vivint app. I’m looking for a third-party app to access my remote door lock, doorbell, and cameras. I don’t want to pay Vivint again, but don’t want to waste the equipment I already have installed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Though not with Vivint, I sell and install security systems; yet, a house I recently bought featured a Vivint system. I retained it, and given its poor reputation in the business, I’m astonished at how well it’s functioned.
