Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Vista 15P panel that randomly froze up. None of the keypads are responding, and the system went into trouble mode for the RF Receiver and ECP communicator. I tried power cycling the panel, but the keypads are still frozen.
My setup includes:
- 6160RF keypad
- 6150 keypad
- Envisalink 4
The whole system is less than a year old, so I’m really puzzled by what’s going on. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas on what might be causing it? Any assistance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
