Utilize Existing Brinks Wired System

Hi all!

I just bought a home with a Brinks home security system installed, featuring a panel by the front door and another box that seems to contain the battery backup. There are sensors on most (if not all) windows and doors. I want to switch to a more affordable system, like Ring, since Brinks charges $60 per month for monitoring. I know there’s a Ring retrofit kit available, but what should I do with the Brinks panel by the front door? Does anyone know what kind of wiring these systems typically use? Can I use this to hard-wire the Ring console, or maybe repurpose it as a hub with a tablet? Any ideas?
