Hey friends, I’m looking for a garage opener that offers more advanced programming options than MyQ. Specifically, I’m interested in a system that allows me to add logic, such as automatically closing the garage if it’s been left open for a certain number of minutes. Does anyone know of a garage opener with these capabilities? Thanks for your help!
Most of these systems have a relay that can be controlled by almost anything with automation capabilities. While there are several dedicated products available, you could also set it up using a home automation system or an alarm system.

Liftmaster 881LM it has a 3-5-10 minute timer that will close the garage door.
