Security camera for recording through a window?

I’m looking for a security camera recommendation for my apartment. Here’s what I need:

  • Local storage on an SD card (no subscription).
  • Decent quality for recording through a window, including at night.
  • Adjustable angle to point downwards (I live on the third floor).
  • Full event recording, not limited to 30 seconds like Blink.
  • Renter-friendly (nothing mounted outside the window).
  • A good app to go with it.
