I’m trying to remove an ADT system from my house, but I can’t seem to locate the battery box or command center. From what I’ve gathered, it sounds like some ADT systems have the battery built into the control panel itself.
The control panel I’m dealing with is the touchscreen model shown in this video: YouTube Link. Based on this, is it safe to assume that if I remove the battery first, then take out the control panel and transformer (in that order), I can get the system off without triggering the alarm?
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
