Our home was recently trespassed, and we had two Simplisafe Outdoor cameras. Unfortunately, the recording was delayed and didn’t capture the whole incident. Because of this, I’m planning on returning the Simplisafe cameras and switching to a set of PoE (Power over Ethernet) cameras.
I’m looking for recommendations on wired cameras that offer good automation capabilities. Specifically, I’m interested in:
- High Reliability: Cameras with minimal delay and reliable recording.
- Automation Features: Options for motion detection, alerts, and integration with home automation systems.
- Ease of Setup: Something that’s straightforward to install and manage.
- Video Quality: Good resolution and clarity for security purposes.
Any suggestions or personal experiences with PoE cameras that meet these criteria would be really helpful. Thanks in advance
