Hello people…I’m looking for a nanny cam with audio to keep an eye on things at home while I’m at work. Any suggestions on reliable models? I’d love to hear your experiences or recommendations!

I didn’t expect that there was a day I would recommend Relink E1 Zoom to someone.
I’m not a hater :sob:, just biased toward Reolink products

For a reliable nanny cam with audio, consider the Nest Cam Indoor for its clear video quality and two-way audio, Arlo Q for high-definition video and cloud storage, Wyze Cam v3 for a budget-friendly option with good features including night vision, or the Ring Indoor Cam for seamless integration with other Ring devices. All these models offer solid performance and easy setup, making them great choices for monitoring your home while you’re at work.

There is this Lorex kit I got at Costco. Setting it up is quite straightforward if you can hang a picture and match the right wire shapes/colours when plugging things in. The app functions effectively, and the motion detection is reliable.

I will have to agree with Wyze. They are reasonably priced, have decent controls, and are sufficiently basic for those who don’t want to invest in a complex NVR setup.

An even less expensive option is to turn an outdated smartphone into a camera. incredibly simple, extremely efficient, and storage can be pushed as high as you’d like.

Does anyone know whether there is a nanny cam that doesn’t require wifi to function?

Hello David I appreciate the suggestions. I’ll investigate the Wyze Cam v3, Ring Indoor Cam, Arlo Q, and Nest Cam Indoor. Knowing that they’re all straightforward to set up and have good performance is useful. I value your opinions on this!
