PoE Camera with Sound Detection and Google Home Compatibility

Hello everyone,

I’ve been searching for a PoE camera that also supports sound detection and integrates with Google Home but haven’t found one yet. The closest match I found was Reolink, but they don’t support sound detection.

Does anyone know of a camera that meets all these criteria? Alternatively, an NVR that supports sound detection and Google Home could also be a good solution.

I totally get your struggle. I was in the same boat looking for a PoE camera with sound detection that works with Google Home. After lots of research, I found the Amcrest PoE cameras. They have sound detection and work well with Google Home.

I also considered the NVR route. Look into the Lorex NVRs. They support sound detection and can integrate with Google Home too. I went with the Amcrest, and it’s been great so far
