Hi, I’m having trouble with my cameras after replacing my internet router. I’m using the NVms7000 app, and it was working fine before the router change. I updated the IP address on the DVR, but I still can’t view the live feed through the app. The cameras seem to be working fine from the DVR itself. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
It might be an issue with the firewall settings in your new router. Check to see if you need to update or configure any settings to allow the app to connect.

Does your recorder support P2P (like scanning a QR code to add it to the app)? If it’s an older recorder without P2P, you’ll need to forward ports on your new router. Check the network settings on your recorder for the list of ports—it’s usually something like 80, 443, or 554.
