My wife and I are planning to install about 8-10 PoE cameras with an NVR system and are aiming to spend around $120-200 per camera. We’re looking for the best all-around option that can handle both daytime and nighttime monitoring. Ideally, we’d like cameras with a motion-activated light or sensor for nighttime activation, or at least good infrared vision.
We’ve been considering HikVision through a friend who installs security systems, and we’ve also looked into ReoLink since we already have a ReoLink doorbell. I’ve heard of Dahua but haven’t done much research on them yet.
Any recommendations or experiences with these brands or others would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
