Anyone know of materials that can reduce reflection but still allow a clear camera image? Something like thin linen or similar materials, but I’m wondering if there are any commercial solutions out there. Ideally, I’m looking for something that comes in bulk, like a roll of tape that can cover multiple lenses.
I’ve used Mossy Oak patterned tape to fully cover the camera housing. For the lens, I tear the tape into strips or arches and criss-cross it to break up the reflective surface while keeping the image clear. It takes a bit of experimenting to get it right. The tape pattern depends on where you’re trying to hide the camera.

Ever seen those honeycomb shutters on sniper scopes in military movies?
Edit: Maybe try honeycomb packing paper?
Nah, it’s for home security cameras outside. The cameras are in public view, but I don’t want to alarm people. I’m also trying to avoid drawing attention from anyone sketchy passing by.
