My partner and I are in the market for home security devices such as door sensors, glass break sensors, and motion detectors that can send alerts to our phones when we’re not home. However, we’ve had difficulty finding options that don’t come with a mandatory monitoring subscription.
We prefer to avoid additional subscriptions since we’re already juggling several and would rather not have ongoing fees.
Is anyone else steering clear of these sensors because of the subscription model? If so, have you found any reliable no-subscription alternatives? We’d really appreciate any recommendations!
