I’m locked out of my Nest. I tried resetting it by holding down the button, but I can’t access the settings to reset it. I even disconnected and reconnected the internal battery, but still no luck. Any suggestions?
Try changing the WiFi back to what it was before. If the device was set up with a different network, it’s probably locked for security reasons.
