The screen on my IQ Panel 4 is completely black, but it’s still responsive. When I tapped the screen, it somehow started arming the alarm, indicating that the touch functionality is working. The LED lights are solid green, and I’ve tried several YouTube troubleshooting tips with no success. Does anyone know what might be wrong and how to fix it?
