I have a 16-channel Night Owl DVR that was installed in a house one of my customers just moved into. We don’t have the admin password or access to the registered email for recovery. Does anyone know how to factory reset it without these credentials?
If you can’t access the email or the admin password, you may need to contact Night Owl support directly. They might be able to help you reset it remotely or give you a workaround.

Yeah, I’m going to call them. Hoping for a quick fix, but it’s looking like I’ll need their help.
I had a similar issue, and I had to contact Night Owl too. They sent me a reset code after verifying ownership. Not a fast process, but it worked.
