How to clear 'multiple sensor issues' in Total Connect 2.0?

Does anyone know how to clear the ‘multiple sensor issues’ message in the Total Connect 2.0 app? I’m using it with the Honeywell Resideo ProWLTouch system.

I had a ‘low battery’ error in one zone and a ‘communication error’ in another zone. Both errors were cleared on the panel weeks ago, but the app still shows the system has multiple sensor issues. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Try synchronizing the panel with the app. There should be a button in the ‘My Location’ section. If that doesn’t work, you might need to call your installer or service provider.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately this didn’t work.

I’m not an expert on Total Connect, but you could try power cycling the panel. That might clear the app’s error message.
