Help needed with Ring app on iOS 18.1/18.2

I’m having trouble logging into the Ring app on my iPhone running iOS 18.1 or 18.2. When I try to log in using the link in the app, I get a 406 error on all browsers. I also tried creating a new account, but after entering all the information, it says there has been an error. Can someone assist?
