I just replaced my DSC PC5010 with a new DSC NEO system. On my old system, the entrance doors would chime when they opened and when they closed. However, now with the NEO, they only chime when the door opens, not when it closes.
I’d like to keep the old functionality and have it chime both ways. I’m using the LCD keypads. I haven’t found any helpful instructions online except for a vague reference from Johnson Controls.

Just a heads-up: depending on how many motion sensors you have, you might be close to your power limit. If the touchscreens are set to ‘Extra Power Mode,’ they draw 300mA each. You can disable this mode if needed.
Yes, upgrading would help, but first, just do some quick math. You’ve got two keypads drawing either 160mA or 300mA each, two expanders that draw 40mA each, and standard motion sensors that draw 10-15mA each. The system provides 700mA total. If you’re going to use ‘Extra Power Mode,’ you might want to add a HSM2300 power supply.
