In my thinking, grocery management involves scanning barcodes, which are then entered into a database on my home server. The front-end user interface (UI) for managing goods, food recipes, and expired or soon-to-expire items is loaded onto a tablet.
I can thus use a barcode scanner to inventory and monitor the groceries I buy for my home.
Is there anything similar that anyone knows of? I just need help getting pointed in the proper direction. It might be cloud based. I am only finding inventory management software and POS systems for large supermarket stores when I search online.
