I used to be able to view the entire day’s recordings, not just the notified clips. There was an icon in the upper left corner of the camera view. Recently, I had to reinstall everything. Did I miss a setting?
Check to make sure the snapshot capture setting is turned on.

Yes, I even upgraded to the ‘Home Standard’ plan recently.

I’d suggest reaching out to Ring support. They’ve been really helpful to me when I had issues.
