I’m facing an issue with my NVR recording smart motion detection (SMD) on only 3 out of my 4 cameras, even though they all share the same settings. It was working fine before, but now one camera has stopped responding to SMD.
After researching, I found that it’s recommended to make configuration changes directly to the camera through a browser. This involves selecting the camera under the registration tab and clicking the Internet Explorer icon.
However, my problem is that I don’t see the “registration” option under the “camera” menu in my browser view. How can I access this view to adjust the camera settings directly through the browser? Any advice would be appreciated.
