Comparing Arlo and SimpliSafe: Which is Better for You?

I’ve been weighing my options between Arlo and SimpliSafe. Here’s what I’ve found so far:

Arlo:

  • Pros: Their indoor camera is quite affordable and they offer a wireless doorbell and floodlight camera.
  • Cons: The indoor camera takes a while to load, which can be a bit frustrating.

SimpliSafe:

  • Pros: The indoor camera loads super quickly.
  • Cons: The key fob can disarm the system from within 30 feet, which raises some security concerns. Additionally, the doorbell is wired and you can’t sound a siren from the app, which is a bit disappointing.

Regardless of the choice, I plan to pay for professional monitoring. What do you all recommend?
