Can I Cancel ADT if the System Wasn’t Fully Installed?

Last week, I had an ADT representative come out, and we completed all the paperwork, but they didn’t leave me with any equipment. The full system wasn’t installed because I didn’t have Wi-Fi at the time. This was about a week ago, and now I’m considering canceling the service altogether.

Is it possible to cancel since the system wasn’t fully installed? If so, what steps do I need to take to do this? Any advice would be appreciated!
