Cam plus subscription says I need to subscribe but I already am

I’ve had a cam plus subscription for three cameras for over three years. Lately, it won’t let me view videos and keeps telling me I need to subscribe even though I already am. I even canceled and renewed the subscription to see if that would help, but nothing changed.

This has been happening for months, and support wasn’t helpful at all. Just found this forum and figured I’d ask—has anyone else dealt with this? Could it be because I have an extra camera that I don’t have cam plus on? Any ideas?

I didn’t even think of trying that. I’ve only ever done it through the app.

You should be able to do it from the web at https://my.wyze.com/account/services. That might fix it.

You mentioned support wasn’t helpful—did you actually talk to a live agent, or just get stuck in their self-help pages?

If your subscription is still active, you can assign it to any three of your four cameras. Sometimes that info gets lost, but you should be able to go in and reassign them.

Try this: open the Wyze app, go to the account tab in the bottom right, then click on services. You should see an option to assign your cameras from there.

Yeah, I spoke to a live agent. They told me to cancel and renew, but that didn’t fix anything. I’ve already assigned the cameras, but when I go into each one, it still says I need to purchase cam plus. I’ve also tried unassigning and reassigning them, but that didn’t help either.
