I’m having an issue with my Bosch alarm system. A family member accidentally hosed down the external siren, and now it won’t stop making a clicking or dripping sound. I’m thinking about unscrewing the siren to see what’s going on, but I’m concerned about whether it’s safe to do so.
Do I need to take any precautions, like turning off the power to the alarm system before I unscrew the siren? Any advice on how to handle this safely would be greatly appreciated.
