Just a heads-up for everyone—ADT has been an awful experience for us. Their customer service is terrible, and we’ve found their practices to be downright crooked. If you’re considering them, I strongly urge you to do some research first. A quick search will reveal plenty of negative experiences from others as well. Stay informed and choose wisely!
