Best TV Sync Lighting?

I am thinking of buying the Philips Hue Sync Box, Gradient Lights, and Play Bar. I want to use the Play Bars for the bottom of my wall-mounted TV since the light strip does not cover that area.

My setup includes an Nvidia Shield TV connected to a Samsung Q950A soundbar, then to an LG G1 OLED TV. The Sync Box would go between the soundbar and TV, so it needs to support 4K, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DTS.

I already own some Philips Hue products. Money is not a big issue, but I would like to stay under $500.

Before I buy, is there a better option for full HDMI gradient color sync that covers the entire TV?

Curious to see what are recommendations. I will say that we have the Philips Hue set up and unfortunately the sync box heats up easily. It makes the screen glitch and turn red then show black for a few seconds before returning to the regular picture. In addition, it is not a constant issue but it is annoying.
