I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately and heard that sleep sounds might help. Do you have any favorite apps, playlists, or specific types of sounds that help you drift off? I’m open to anything from nature sounds to white noise.
Every night, I have a pattern that works great for me: it automatically turns on the mini next to my bed and plays rain sounds for four hours.
