For those of you who have experience with both, which one do you think is better and why? It depends on your needs. If you want to find information quickly, I recommend Google Home. If you’re more focused on home automation, go for Alexa. I use both for their respective strengths: Google Home for quick information and Alexa for home automation.

Perfect answer and I do the same. I tried to go all Google but Alexa is just better at those home things like you said.
