ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 Keypad Suddenly Unresponsive

One of my ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 keypads has suddenly stopped working. It’s not responding when I press the keys—no numbers are being input, and there’s no sound. The keypad’s green light is still on, but that’s it. Meanwhile, the other keypad works fine; I hear the button clicks, and it turns red when I enter the code. It was functioning perfectly just a few minutes ago, so I’m baffled.

Has anyone experienced something like this or have any suggestions?

How old is the keypad? Also, how frequently did you use the non-working one compared to the one that’s still functioning?

You could try power cycling the entire system, but I doubt it will resolve the issue. I’d recommend replacing the keypad instead.
