  1. Is plugged into a power outlet (mains power only).
  2. Uses an SD card inside the camera for local storage.
  3. Connects to a phone for remote access (e.g., playback, live view).
  4. Does not require a connection to an internet router or NVR recorder.
  5. Is subscription-free?
