An additional perimeter alarm (think annoying store door chime) would likely help you.
It also gives you time to turn lights on, prep, etc.
I have very poor hearing for someone in his early 30s, so I had to address this exact same issue.
For me, the perfect solution was a dog.
Something to keep in mind if considering this option: With the exception of only a few states, you will run into eligibility issues with your homeowners/renters insurance 99% of the time if you get a dog on the ‘Bully Breed’ list. So Shepherds, Pitbulls, Cane Corsos, Dobermanns, etc.
Any lab mix will do the trick. They have a deep, loud, scary bark and definitely meet the criteria for an alarm/deterrent. The burglar won’t be able to differentiate between a shepherd’s bark and a lab’s.
I have a 95lb Lab Retriever-Ridgeback mix, and he’s my perfect little ride-or-die battle buddy. It could be 2 in the morning, and if someone comes onto my property and tries opening a door or window, he will alert immediately, and I know this because I’ve tested it.

Meanwhile, I own a bully mix, and I come home from going out, and he’s still asleep on the bed. He barks like twice a year. So I have a door alarm for my apartment door.
To add to the Ring alarm: You can program your Alexa devices to flash lights, play really loud music, call family, and so on. Your Ring cameras can link to them, and you can warn people with the cameras automatically or with your own voice before they come into your home.
Reliable PoE Security Camera system with siren alarm + Yolink + Dog.
Want more than that? Hardwire some stuff to your NVR and have a hardwired alarm system, then integrate everything together with Home Assistant (creating automations like turning lights on and TV on, etc).
A dog and a 12-gauge.
Guard dog, but you’ll need to invest time in training.
DIY with a smart plug is the best option. Your Siren 6 is not loud compared to something like this. https://youtu.be/qXo_B2iGnRs
Any alarm system with a piezo alarm in your bedroom. I guarantee you won’t sleep through it. Dogs also do good. I’ve got two poodles that will jump into the bed barking if they really want out. I’m sure they’d do the same if someone was trying to come in.
Some sort of siren system, indoor and outdoor.
