Do you really want every switch to be smart? About a third of mine aren’t, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out. You only need a smart switch on one of the three-way locations.
You might want to look at Lutron RA3. It’s a better fit for a large house, unlike the smaller systems some people use.

I’d go with Z-Wave switches. Zigbee is like economy class—plenty of options, but sometimes you get a bad one that disrupts the whole network. Z-Wave is more like business class—fewer choices but much more stable. Wi-Fi switches are like driving through traffic: cheaper, but with issues like congestion and cloud dependency.
Insteon offers a range of smart switches in different styles and colors, including unique options like 6- and 8-button switches. They also have mini remotes that can control multiple switches or devices. Insteon runs on a dual-band system and is fast and flexible, making it easy to link devices with just the Insteon Hub or more advanced controllers like the ISY. It’s a system you can set up to run smoothly or dive into as a hobby.

You’re going to need an on-call IT expert for this setup.
Good thing I’m a retired software engineer!
